0.5" teweter array to get 90 db SPL @ 5m with 12db headroom

I am planning an all active speaker and I plan to use a 2x2 series parallel tweeter array using the Dahlquist/Nuance TW5-120LR 1/2" Mylar Tweeters crossed over at 5120hz using a 4th order active crossover.
(The tweeter is question is - Parts express - http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=279-060).
The claimed sensitivity is 90 db 1w/1m -- so to get 90 db SPL @ 5m with 12db headroom I am going to need 100w. The rated power handling of each tweeter is 20w continuous and 40w max (8 ohm).
I am a first timer and my questions are:
1) Can I achieve a center-to-center spacing of <=0.7" using the Dahlquist 0.5" tweeer?
2) Is my understanding of the tweeer power requirements correct? Do I actually need 100w (max) power or am I missing someting?
3) Will the 2x2 array be a better solution (dispersion wise) than using a tweeter that can actually handle the power (like the Morel Morel ST 1308 Supreme 1-1/8" Soft Dome Tweeter -- 220 W 8 ohm)?
Thanks in advance for any input.
Cheers,
